Compressor Valve Engineering (CVE) was acquired in 2005 by C Lee Cook (a Dover Company) combining the products, services, resources and expertise of the industries two eminent valve manufacturers, CVE and Cook Manley. Together as Cook Valve the new organisation offers compressor operators an unparalleled combination of resources to optimise their compressor valve performances.

CVE designs, engineers and manufactures a complete range of valve assemblies and internal components for all major types of compressors including air, fuel, process gas, refrigeration, marine and locomotive brake applications. CVE also offers comprehensive valve analysis and design, reconditioning services and metal-to-thermoplastic plate conversions.
