Using these tools CVE can offer new designs based on pocket sizes, speed, bore, pressure and gas consumption or upgrades and conversions of existing valves whereby metallic plate applications are converted to incorporate thermoplastic (reinforced polymer) plates which can greatly improve run times in problem application where extended valve life is essential for enhanced compressor operation.
